We met Shannon at the recommendation of our lender. She was gracious enough to answer our many, many questions at an impromptu "interview" and we knew we were a good fit. She immediately went to work finding listings for us to review and didnt hesitate to set up multiple showings in one day all across town. We found our perfect home in just a few weeks when she jumped on a listing and we were able to see the home as soon as it went live. She immediately communicated with the sellers agent and even though there was another offer for more money and no inspection, because of Shannon's expertise, our offer was accepted.
